We’re looking for a part-time Story & Content Assistant – someone curious, energetic, organised and creatively sharp – to help capture conversations, identify themes and turn raw ideas into compelling content across audio, video and digital platforms.

– Transform conversations, talks and workshops into high-quality short-form content, including social clips and reels
– Edit audio and video to create polished, story-led pieces
– Film content using smartphone and camera equipment, capturing moments that matter
– Develop blog articles and written content that distil complex ideas clearly
– Produce and support audio content, including podcast-style formats
– Create engaging content for social media, training and digital platforms
– Support live events, workshops and training sessions by capturing and shaping content in real time
– Collaborate with StrategyStory Collective – designers, filmmakers, photographers and producers – to bring ideas to life
– Maintain a well-organised content pipeline, ensuring ideas move smoothly from capture to publication
